1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 22bd2 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 22bd2 website located at https://22bd2.net and all associated services, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and payment facilities offered therein.

By accessing the 22bd2 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.

22bd2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 22bd2 will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 22bd2 platform is intended exclusively for adults. To register an account and use any 22bd2 service — including casino games, sports betting, fishing games, bingo, and all associated promotions — you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

Where 22bd2 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under the age of 18, the account will be suspended pending verification. If verification is not provided within a reasonable period or confirms that the player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, any winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned to the original payment method where technically feasible.

3 Account Registration & Security

Registration Requirements

To access any real-money feature of the 22bd2 platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You warrant that all information provided at registration — and at any point thereafter — is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

Providing false information during registration, including the use of a false name, fabricated date of birth, or an identity belonging to another person, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 22bd2 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 22bd2 reserves the right to close all related accounts, void all associated bonus balances, and withhold any winnings derived from bonus funds across duplicate accounts.

Account Security and Password

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 22bd2 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 22bd2 strongly recommends enabling OTP (one-time password) two-factor authentication on your account, which is available in account settings.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, or that an unauthorised third party has gained access to your account, you must notify 22bd2 immediately by emailing [email protected]. 22bd2 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials or failed to notify us in a timely manner.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

22bd2 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka. 22bd2 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit on the 22bd2 platform is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your 22bd2 wallet in real time, typically within 30 seconds of a successful payment confirmation from your chosen provider. In exceptional cases where a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. 22bd2 does not accept deposits from third parties. Where a deposit is received from a payment account that does not match the verified name on the 22bd2 account, the funds will be held pending verification and may be returned to the originating payment method.

Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 24 hours for bank transfers. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification — if you have not yet completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, your withdrawal request will be held until identity documents are submitted and verified.

Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the deposited amount via that method. Winnings exceeding the deposited amount may be withdrawn via any verified method on your account. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

Currency and Conversion

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records on the 22bd2 platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion takes place on the platform. Players depositing via local mobile money (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) will transact in Taka at all times with no foreign exchange exposure.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement applicable to any specific bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms and conditions at the time the offer is presented. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; any unmet wagering requirement at expiry results in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

Bonus Eligibility

Each bonus offer is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts, shared devices, or coordinated activity with other players is a breach of these Terms and constitutes bonus abuse.

Bonus Abuse and Collusion

22bd2 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to suspect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising risk, use of betting systems that exploit bonus mechanics, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and exploitation of promotional errors or system glitches.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

Game Availability and Rules

22bd2 offers casino games and sports betting markets provided by third-party game studios and data suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Ezugi, Spribe, Habanero, Yggdrasil, and Red Tiger. In the event of a conflict between the in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules take precedence for that specific game.

Random Number Generation and Fairness

Technical Failures

In the event of a disconnection, technical failure, or system error occurring during an active game round or live betting event, 22bd2 will endeavour to resolve the issue and reinstate the player's position where technically possible. Where reinstatement is not possible, the affected bet or game round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. 22bd2 accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 22bd2 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a 22bd2 account; providing false identity information; impersonating another person.
• Money laundering: Using the 22bd2 platform as a mechanism for laundering proceeds of crime or illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players — whether through shared accounts, communication tools, or third-party agents — to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Cheating and exploitation: Using software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the 22bd2 platform in an unauthorised manner; exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access 22bd2 services while under the age of 18, or facilitating the access of a minor to the platform.
• Abusive behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or abusing 22bd2 support staff or other players in any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on sporting events in which you have inside knowledge of a predetermined or manipulated outcome; participating in or facilitating match-fixing in any form.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 22bd2 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including a belief that gambling is becoming harmful — may request immediate self-exclusion. Suspension or Closure by 22bd2

22bd2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information at any point.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited purposes.
• The player is under the age of 18.
• Continued operation of the account represents a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to 22bd2.
• A valid court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request has been received.

Where an account is closed by 22bd2 for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance derived solely from the player's own deposits (net of bonus funds) may be returned at 22bd2's discretion after completion of any outstanding investigation. Balances derived from bonus funds or winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited in full.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 22bd2 will notify the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy policy. A monthly account maintenance fee of ৳100 may be deducted from the dormant account balance to cover administrative costs, continuing until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing an identity verification step.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your 22bd2 account for any reason, your right to access and use the platform ceases immediately. Clauses of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including provisions relating to intellectual property, dispute resolution, limitation of liability, and anti-fraud obligations — will remain in full force and effect following termination.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22bd2's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 22bd2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 22bd2 operates. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in your country of residence.
